I'm so happy and excited to tell you that as from August, I will be offering pregnancy, labour and post-natal massage!
I qualified as a massage therapist years ago and have experience in holistic massage. When I was pregnant with Daisy in Singapore, I often treated myself to a massage, which really helped with aches and pains, and just helped me feel a little pampered.
I would LOVE to bring that service to all the beautiful pregnant ladies out there, so I'm studying in London this month. I will be offering pregnancy massage, birth massage and post-natal massage. Dads can also feel a little stressed and tired during pregnancy, so there will be massages available for them too (so they don't feel left out)!
Pregnancy is a time of great change in a woman's body and can leave the body and mind feeling tired, sore and achy. Massage helps to support your body and can alleviate aches and pains, adapting to suit your own personal requirements.
