Group Course
Group Course - in-person
In-person group courses are a wonderful way to meet other parents! I like to keep the group course nice and small with a maximum of 5 couples. The course is made up of 5 sessions of 3 hours each, which take place over 5 consecutive weeks at the midwife clinic in Amstelveen, Verloskundigen Helende Meesters (opposite the Amstelland hospital). Or you can arrange your own group course in your own home!
The price for the course, for both you and your partner, is € 420, and includes:

If you can't make one of the group course class dates, we can arrange a make-up session, in your own home, or my home in Amstelveen, for an additional fee of €80 (via Zoom) or €120 (in your home), so you don't miss a session. Or you can join the same session in another course running at the same time. Also, if your birth partner cannot make it for one of the sessions, he/she can join via Zoom, so that they don't miss out on the session.

Online Group Course
Amstelveen, The Netherlands too far for you to travel? Or you just don't fancy leaving your sofa? Then come along and join one of my online group HypnoBirthing courses. The course is made up of 5 sessions of 3 hours each, which take place over 5 consecutive weeks. The sessions take place via Zoom, so you can join from your own home! Get cosy on your sofa, grab a cuppa and some delicious snacks, light a candle.
