Postnatal massage - 2 hours

Service Description

Enjoy a postnatal massage in my therapy room in Amstelveen. Your body goes through huge changes after your baby's birth. It can take a year or more for your body to get back to normal. With a newborn, it's so easy to forget to look after yourself, or find time to have a little "me" time. Let me pamper you and help you to relax. I provide you with a warm safe space where you can just let go, and feel the softness and comfort of your nervous system shifting, releasing the wonderful fuzzy loved feeling of oxytocin hormone flowing. The session is totally adapted to your own needs and wishes. When booking this appointment, you'll be asked some questions about your current health and wellness, and your medical history. This will give me some information so I can treat and care for you in the right way for you, and make sure that it is safe for you to receive a massage. Please allow 15 minutes before and after the massage, for preparing, chatting and enjoying a delicious tea.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please call, text or email me at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations made within the 24 hours will be charged in full, and not refunded. For cancellations made before 24 hours, you can reschedule
